I got my education as a Chef in the well known Hakuna Matata Beach Lodge $ Spa
After working 13 years in this kitchen I decided it´s time for a new challenge.
In 2021, together with my girlfriend Neema, I decided to establish the
company ARNOLDI´S SEAFOOD, a food stall on Forodhani Night Market
in Stone Town
2 years later it was time for the next step
On August 12th 2023 I opened ARNOLDI´S ON THE CLIFF - BAR & BITES
in Chuini .
Again one of my friends is part of the team - Leo - Bar Man and Waiter Trainee
